How to return and exchange?

If you are not completely satisfied with your SUNWILL purchase, you are always welcome to return the product to us. We ask that returns are made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. If you wish the full amount to be refunded, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you must return your item to us and then order a new one on the website.

Next, simply pack the items you wish to return in the box they came in, attach the enclosed return label and return the box to your nearest GLS parcel shop.

Return with DHL from:

If you wish to return the goods to SUNWILL, you have two options:

  1. Deliver your return to the nearest DHL drop-off point.
  2. Order a collection of the returned item from your own address.

 

1. Return delivery to your nearest DHL drop-off point

If you choose this option, simply place the items you wish to return in the box they came in and attach the enclosed return label, then deliver the box to your nearest DHL drop-off point

2. Collection of returned goods from address

If you choose this option, please use this link:

When you click on the link, this is what appears on your screen:

As you already have a return label, just press the 'No' button. Finally, enter the WAYBILL number (WAYBILL – see example below), which you can find on the return form, and choose the address you want the package to be collected from.

You now have the option of choosing a date that best suits you for the carrier to come and pick up your return package.

 

 

Refunds:

Once we have received the product in our warehouse, we will transfer the money to your account within 7 working days.
