Dear UK Customers

Due to the still unknown trade terms with the UK from January 1st, SUNWILL unfortunately has to hold back orders received from December 29th and until further notice from the UK and our Freight forwarder.

We hope to have the new set up ready for easy sending and handling of orders to the UK from January 11th 2021. We will keep you updated.

We are extremely sorry for the delay and inconvenience this may cause, but our aim is to get as smooth a transition as possible for our customers.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sunwill purchase, you are always welcome to return the product to us. We ask that returns are made within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. If you wish the full amount to be refunded, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

If you want to exchange one of your purchased products to another size or colour, you have to indicate this at the returns form. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. We do not accept exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.

How to return a product:

  1. Fill out the returns form, which was enclosed with the product on delivery (or download here).
  2. Pack the product to be returned in suitable packaging.
  3. Contact Sunwill's customer service, who will send you a return label by e-mail.
    • Inform customer service if you would like the package picked up, or if you would prefer to send it yourself using a GLS ParcelShop.
    • Once you have received the return label, you will also find out when your package will be picked up, if you have requested this service (typically, the following working day).
  4. Print out and affix the return label onto the package.
  5. Await pick-up of the package.
    • If you are not home when the package is picked up, you can place it somewhere where the delivery man can pick it up without problems.

Refunds:
Once we have received the product in our warehouse, we will transfer the money to your account within 7 working days.

By exchanges we will send the new product to you when we receive your parcel. If the requested product is not in stock, we will transfer the money to your account within 7 working days.
